 My god, this is one hell of a hot summer. I can't even have outside displays of plants this year because they just bake. At least Hera and Leo aren't roasting in the shop, though I'm tempted to start carrying them both to the truck at the end of the day. That sidewalk has got to be scorching Hera's poor paws.

You could just leave the poor things at home where it's cooler for them, Koji.

I think I need to start doing that. I just hope they don't sulk too much. They're so used to going with me, and I'm so used to taking them along, that it didn't cross my mind to leave them at home.
